players will focus on the fundamentals of shooting the basketball through drills and game like situations as we emphasize the importance of form, technique, and accuracy. Players will go through various drills and exercises designed to improve their shooting mechanics, release, and shot selection. We will also focus on learning foundational ball handling skills like pound dribbles and basic exchanges while more experienced players will learn to execute skills like the crossover, between the legs and behind the back dribbles. We will also be working on precision passing, advanced ball handling, ball control, decision making, and staying composed under defensive pressure. We will also be mixing in other fun games at times like Whiffle ball and Kickball.
